At the heart of existence lies the transcendent quest for inner peace and universal love, a journey that begins with the simple and powerful act of smiling at life, with all its beauties and contradictions. Through the teaching of mindfulness to children, stability in the lotus posture and in conscious breathing serves as the foundation for this quest, embracing the bodily and mental solidity necessary to navigate the nuances of human existence. The practice of breathing exercises, ranging from visualizing oneself as natural elements, such as flowers and mountains, to integrating meditation and chanting, reveals the innate ability to cultivate feelings of freshness, stability, and freedom.
In this exploration, stones serve as tactile supports for meditation, embodying solidity, space, and freshness, guiding towards deep peace and personal renewal. At the pinnacle of these practices lies the contemplation of love according to the Buddha, where loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity shape true love, a source of happiness for oneself and others. Mindfulness and self-love thus form the basis upon which the extension of this love towards others is built, offering a method to dissolve anger, loneliness, and suffering.
Embracing these principles, one is invited on an inner journey to cultivate a landscape of peace and unconditional love, engaging with the world with a more benevolent and enlightened presence.
