With each step, walk in mindfulness:
“Each step, life with each step” coordinates step and breath to touch life with body and mind, to bring the mind back to the body and to establish oneself in the here and the now. Mindfulness of breathing—“breathing in mindfully,” “breathing out mindfully”—is the energy that allows you to be aware of what is happening and to return to real life, to the miracle of being alive.

  1. Each step is life: each step makes you alive, you are truly there.
  2. Each step is a miracle: each step reveals the miracles of life within you and around you.
  3. Each step is healing: each step, by releasing fears and tensions, becomes an element of healing.
  4. Each step is freedom: each step frees you from the grip of despair, anger, and worries.
