Educators' Retreat Orientation: Freedom With Every Step And Every Breath
Thầy begins with teaching on transforming our own personal suffering which can become the foundation for transforming the suffering in the family, as well as the suffering in the classroom. In the remainder of the talk, Thầy expounds on the basic practices of mindful breathing, mindful walking, listening to the bell, and mindful eating.
