Good morning, friends. Let’s start with walking meditation, inviting others to join. Walk peacefully, finding joy in each step. Inhale, take two or three steps, silently saying, “I have arrived.” Exhale, smile, and say, “I am home.” Stay present, cultivating happiness. Walk mindfully, transforming the land into a sacred place. Give your all to this practice, every ten minutes, uniting our mindfulness energy. Repeat, “I am solid. I am free. In the here. In the now.” Always return to the present moment. Practice stopping instead of running, realizing life is already here and now. Walk harmoniously with your breath, naturally and mindfully. If stuck, practice standing meditation, cultivating calm and presence. Embrace each moment as a wonderful occasion for mindfulness. Stand, walk, and return to the present moment.
