This talk details the importance of mindfulness and presence in fostering emotional intelligence and managing suffering. Offering freshness, solidity, calmness, and freedom to loved ones requires practicing mindful breathing and returning awareness to the body. Recognize precious moments with mantras like “I am here for you” and “Darling, I know you suffer.” Teach mindfulness to children and foster emotional intelligence through mindful breathing. Practice mindful breathing deeply and recognize emotions like anger without acting impulsively. Communicate suffering openly within 24 hours to lessen its grip, using phrases like “I suffer, and I want you to know.” Teach emotional handling in schools and foster community mindfulness. Recognize suffering from misunderstandings and embrace emotions tenderly. Practicing mindfulness fosters compassion, preventing extreme outcomes like suicide.
