Thay shares how to practice mindful breathing and walking to generate concentration and insight. With this practice we can touch the living Buddha, the living Christ, the Holy Spirit and the miracle of being alive. It continues with a more detailed sharing on the practice of mindful eating, sitting meditation and noble silence by Brother Phap Dung and Sister Tue Nghiem. Practicing together as a Sangha is a treat, and it can allow deep healing to take place.
