Practicing mindfulness and compassion is like tending to seeds, with each seed ripening in its own time. Even if slow mindful walking feels challenging today, with practice, it can become enjoyable. Understanding non-duality may seem complex initially, but through training, it will naturally take root. Letting go of habits like alcohol consumption may appear daunting, and contemplating life without alcohol may raise questions about its significance. Reflecting on the impact of our habits on future generations is crucial, as our actions can shape the path our children follow.
