The Sangha is gathered in England with almost four hundred people practicing mindfulness.

How do you deal with the pain when your loved one just turns their back on you and walks out of your life?
How can you talk to someone who is not open to the words that you want to say and cannot face what is inside them?
Do we all embody in our past life some form of evil, and is retribution correct if someone is not good in this life?
