Who Is the Driver - The Horse is Technology
Thay explores the intersection of technology and emotional health, offering specific guidance for the Sangha during the Winter Retreat, encouraging the Sangha to disconnect from email, the Internet, and social media. Thay shares insights from a visit to Google, emphasizing the need for intentional use of technology to support well-being.
