“The Practice of Unfolding the Thousand-Petaled Lotus” is a series of Dharma talks in which Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh gives detailed explanations of sutras, chants, and verses found in the book “Chanting from the Monastery” (2000 edition). The newer editions only add a few more chants, while the main sutras and essential chants remain unchanged. Through this series of Dharma talks, listeners will gain a clearer understanding of the content of the sutras and chants used in daily practice sessions. These talks were given during the period from 1997 to 1999, so the audio and video quality is limited due to the technological conditions of that time.
