The Path That Leads to Well-Being
The details of this discussion explore the inner beauty of each being, compared to a flower, and the importance of preserving this beauty to bring happiness and peace. Meditation helps to cultivate freshness, stability, peace, and freedom, which are essential to offer love and happiness to others. Suffering and happiness are interdependent, revealing interbeing, where nothing exists in isolation. Buddhism transcends the notions of birth and death, emphasizing continuous transformation. The four truths of Buddhism include: 1. suffering is nourished by specific sources, 2. identifying and eliminating these sources to end suffering, 3. suffering can be transformed into happiness, 4. the cessation of suffering leads to happiness. Daily mindfulness helps to manage suffering and live fully, bringing understanding and compassion.
