The four truths of Buddhism include: 1. suffering is nourished by specific sources, 2. identifying and eliminating these sources to end suffering, 3. suffering can be transformed into happiness, 4. the cessation of suffering leads to happiness. Daily mindfulness helps to manage suffering and live fully, bringing understanding and compassion.
