The Four Noble Truths teach the absence of well-being, its cause, its cessation, and the path to achieve it. Conscious consumption, both physical and sensory, is crucial to avoid suffering. Identifying and transforming our deep desires, avoiding those that are toxic, is essential to maintaining inner peace.
