The details of this discussion explore the factors of awakening in Buddhism, comparing bodhi to a sudden illumination bringing profound wisdom and perfect understanding. The seven factors of Bodhi, called Bodhyanga, essential for achieving awakening, include Smriti, Samadhi, and Prajna. Mindfulness and concentration, the first factors of Bodhi, must be cultivated in daily life, such as washing the dishes or brushing your teeth. Mindfulness allows us to fully live each moment, compared to a divine energy guiding us towards awakening. Being fully present allows us to fully taste life, cultivating joy and happiness essential according to the Buddha. Relaxation is necessary to manage stress and tension, cultivating lightness and peace for transformation and healing. Adopting a vision of inclusion transcends anger and suffering, cultivating compassion even towards those we hate. Buddhism involves investigating our consciousness and emotions, using the mind as an instrument of understanding. Purify the mind to reflect reality like a mirror, the Buddhist approach to seeing things as they are.
