You are invited to join us on Zoom for our Online Mindfulness Practice Session on Thursdays (the US Central Time) with Magnolia Grove Monastics. Different monastics will facilitate the practice session.
The program will be as follows (subject to change):
– 5′ introduction
– 15′ guided meditation,
– 20′ Dharma talk
– 20′ Gallery Sharing / Sharing in small breakout groups / Questions and Answers
Newcomers are welcomed. No previous experience with meditation required.
When: Thursdays at 5:00PM – 6:00 PM US Central Time
No sessions during holidays and in-person retreats at Magnolia Grove Monastery

You will be informed by the facilitator if the session is live streamed.
What to wear: Please wear casual and modest clothing that is comfortable for sitting (i.e. long sleeve shirt (shirt covering shoulders), long pants (below the knees), loose fitting clothes…).
Special requests: Your happy smile, peaceful sitting posture, and joyful presence are the greatest gifts to those who attend the session. Therefore, we warmly invite you to have your camera on during the session so we can all benefit from the collective energy :).
