Wake Up retreat (18-35 years old)

Facing Inner Restlessness

“When you produce peace and happiness in yourself, you begin to realize peace for the whole world. With the smile that you produce in yourself, with the conscious breathing you establish within yourself, you begin to work for peace in the world.

What is a Wake Up Retreat?

Waking up amidst the complexities of polycrisis challenges us deeply. Can we truly contribute to change while finding peace in the midst of chaos? Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh’s wisdom unfolds in the integration of mind and body—a transformative journey where daily activities become gateways to live deeply. Cultivating mindfulness in both realms allows us to be fully alive in each moment, from daily activities to profound reflections. Beyond personal enrichment, these teachings extend to the capacity of  turning stress-laden environments into peaceful sanctuaries. This retreat focuses on Plum Village’s foundational mindfulness practices, offering tangible applications for daily life and nourishing our well-being amid today’s world.
