We invite you to this one-week retreat (May 23 – May 30) with the sisters of the Dharma Nectar Temple (“Lower Hamlet”).

Combined with the daily practices of the monastery (sitting meditation, walking meditation, Dharma talks, Dharma sharing, service meditation…), in this retreat we propose times specially dedicated to hike together, enjoying the beauty of the nature around our monastery.

We propose walking between 2 and 3 hours a day, at a dynamic pace (around 10 km by day).

Cultivating the energy of mindfulness at every step, every breath, making transformation and healing possible.

Explore and soak up the peaceful and collective energy of the Plum Village. Rediscover how inner silence effortlessly takes you to rediscovery and self-awareness.

Here in Plum Village there’s a lot of emphasis on community. We are cultivating peace and happiness inside ourselves but we don’t do it as a separate self. As part of a community we know that we’re not walking alone. The collective energy of the sangha can make a big impact on an individual
