Wake Up Gardeners Retreat

Dear Wake Up Heroes,

We are happy to share with you that the registration for the Wake Up Gardeners (Wake Up Ambassadors & Wake Up Alumni) Retreat is now open. This will offer us an opportunity to meet with fellow Wake Up practitioners, to share how the garden of each Wake Up Sangha is doing, share our experiences and insights of how we take care of each seed and plant in the garden of humanity. In this way, we can learn a lot from each other about what works and what doesn’t work in the garden in our community as well as the garden in our consciousness. If we know how to take care the garden in ourselves, then we can help to take care of the garden of the other person.

Some of you may not know clearly yet what a Wake Up Gardener or a Wake Up Ambassador is. If you are actively involved in your Wake Up Sangha and support the Sangha in any way, for example preparing tea or a center piece, facilitating a session, welcoming friends to the Sangha, then you are building a Sangha and you are a Wake Up Gardener or a Wake Up Sangha builder! We came up with these terms of Wake Up Ambassadors or Gardeners as an effort to include everyone that is supporting the Sangha without necessarily leading the Sangha (we avoid using the term of Wake Up leaders).

Now we’ve come up with another term “Wake Up Alumni” for those who are aging out of Wake Up age. Some of them will be supporting the retreat and this will be a warm reunion with the Wake Up family as well. Please share this invitation with your fellow Wake Up Gardeners in your local Sangha and we would be very happy to meet you again at Plum Village!

Thanks for planting and nurturing seeds for your local community a bit everywhere in the world!

🙏👨‍🌾👩‍🌾

With love and trust,

Oomph (Organism for Optimising Many People’s Happiness aka European Wake Up CTC)
