Wellbeing in the Body & Mind Weeks (New Hamlet)

Breathing in, I calm body and mind.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment.
I know this is the only moment.

We welcome you to join the sisters of New Hamlet for a one-week or two-week stay on the practice theme: Well-being in the body and mind.

Together, we will learn ways to take care of the mind and body in the present moment, to cultivate a deep well-being both individually and collectively.

There will be two arrival and departure days from 20th Sept to 4th Oct.
