Breathing in, I calm body and mind.

I know this is the only moment.

We invite you to this one-week retreat (April 26 – May 3) with the sisters of the Loving Kindness Temple (“New Hamlet”).

Together, we will learn ways to take care of the mind and body in the present moment, to cultivate a deep well-being both individually and collectively.
