Please join us for a day of mindfulness at restful Jenkins Arboretum where you will be invited to learn in a personal and meaningful way, the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, in traditional and innovative forms. Enjoying fellowship as we practice together, we will:

  • Partake in mindful movement
  • receive guided meditations
  • listen to live Dharma Talks
  • partake in a mindful lunch
  • outdoor walking meditation
  • learn concrete practices of peace and love with question and response
  • Dharma Sharing
  • more intimate question and response for on-site participants with teachers

The beautiful grounds of Jenkins Arboretum offer a peaceful setting to be present together for the day.

This will be a hybrid retreat. On-site at Jenkins Arboretum, Devon, Pennsylvania is expected to fill up as on-site space is limited. Register early.
