This week, we invite you to reconnect your mind with your body through the art of calligraphy. With mindfulness and concentration in each stroke, we savor the present moment, embracing brush, ink, and paper as our companions instead of striving for perfection.

The practice of calligraphy is seamlessly interwoven with a schedule that includes sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful and silent meals, deep relaxation, and other mindfulness activities. Together, these practices cultivate a sanctuary of calm, creativity, and profound connections.
