New Years Retreat

The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this lovely path, I walk in peace

Thich Nhat Hanh

This New Years Retreat (December 27 – January 3) is a precious time to come home to ourselves, and to touch the peace and clarity within us. Breathing together in mindfulness, calming the body and mind, we can look deeply to see ourselves, each other, and the world with fresh awareness and compassion.

December 31 will be a day of simple celebrations, honoring this commitment to live with clarity and kindness in the year ahead.

You may join us starting December 20 for Christmas Holiday Retreat and extend your stay for the full two weeks.

Families are welcome; please note there will be no special activities for children or teenagers.
