Wellbeing in the Body & Mind Retreat (New Hamlet)

Breathing in, I calm body and mind.

I know this is the only moment.

We welcome you to join the sisters of New Hamlet  (June 13 – June 20) for a one-week retreat: Well-being in the body and mind.

Together, we will learn ways to take care of the mind and body in the present moment, to cultivate a deep well-being both individually and collectively.


Volunteering

There will be an opportunity for experienced practitioners in the Plum Village tradition to support us from Jun 10 – June 22 as volunteers.
