Healing Begins Here: the Four Immeasurable Loves

In our own sangha, community is the core of everything. The sangha is a community where there should be harmony and peace and understanding.

Thich Nhat Hanh

We warmly invite you to join us at Zen Rocks Mani for a beautiful and nourishing retreat in the tradition of Plum Village. With the gentle guidance Plum Village Monastics, we will explore what it means to live mindfully—in harmony with ourselves, with others, and with the Earth. Through shared silence, mindful movement, deep listening, and joyful togetherness, we will remember how to come home to ourselves and to community!

Activities

This five-day gathering offers a precious opportunity to experience the warmth and strength of sangha — the beloved community — through practices such as:

  • Sitting meditation
  • Walking meditation
  • Mindful eating
  • Dharma talks by Plum Village monastics
  • Deep listening & sharing circles
  • Noble silence
  • Joyful work meditation and simple daily tasks

Every moment becomes a chance to cultivate presence, peace, and joy — whether sitting together in silence, sharing tea, or offering a smile to a friend on the path. This retreat invites us to rediscover the village way: a life rooted in simplicity, care, and the Four Immeasurable Loves — loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.
