Join us on one of the transformative retreats offered by the Plum Village monastic community at the Being Peace Centre, a unique lay Plum Village practice centre in the UK. Nestled in a serene natural setting in the UK, Being Peace Center provides a peaceful refuge where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate mindfulness in daily life. Rooted in the teachings of Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh, each retreat is thoughtfully designed to nurture compassion, healing, and deep inner awareness through practices such as meditation, mindful walking, and conscious breathing. Whether you are new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, the supportive environment encourages genuine connection—with yourself, with others, and with the Earth.
Throughout the year, a rich variety of themed retreats invites participants to explore different aspects of personal and collective well-being.
