Strengthening our connection with one another and with the Earth – Retreat with EIAB monastics

Ljungsanghan warmly invites you to a three-day retreat with four Sisters from European Institute of Applied Buddhism (EIAB) in Cologne, Germany. It is a wonderful opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of these deeply dedicated and inspiring teachers:

  • Sister Chiêu Nghiêm – Dharma Teacher
  • Sister Trăng Thành Tựu
  • Sister Trăng Chiếu Diệu
  • Sister Trăng Thanh Nhã

This retreat is an invitation to slow down and cultivate mindfulness as a way of coming home – to the body, to the breath, and to the quiet wisdom within. Together, we will explore gentle embodied practices that help us restore balance and create a personal peace treaty with ourselves – softening inner conflict, meeting our experience with compassion, and learning to listen deeply.

Through time spent in nature, we will deepen our relationship with the Earth, allowing its rhythms to steady us and remind us that we are part of something much larger. As we commune with the land beneath our feet and the living world around us, we remember that the art of living is rooted in connection – within, between, and globally.
