What Does the Alumni Pathway Offer?

Ongoing Access to Course Content

Guaranteed access to all course teachings and practices until at least 2028.

Live Events

Connect live and gain inspiration to embed the practice and learnings into your daily life.

Global Community

Connect with other mindful changemakers in the ZASP alumni community. Know you are not alone.

If we are a drop of water and we try to get to the ocean as only an individual drop, we will surely evaporate along the way. To arrive at the ocean, you must go as a river. The sangha is your river

What Will You Learn?

Sustain Your Practice

Gain support to sustain your mindfulness practice over time, to create the stability and clarity needed to handle the times we are living in.

Deepen Your Insight

Through continued access to ZASP course content you can further develop the insight of interbeing, and touch a greater wonder and mystery in life.

Community Inspired Action

The power of community will help to support you to feel empowered to embed the teachings from ZASP into your daily life, work place and activism.

After being in climate justice movements for many years, I’ve found myself stuck in a routine way of thinking and taking action. My time with you all has been a breakthrough, a start of a new journey.

Isabelle, USA

I had burned out and now I see that taking care of me is the first thing to do, to serve with my true self for humanity

Donna, Chile

My biggest takeaway from the course has been that I have all the tools necessary to heal myself. I can connect to mindfulness and the earth whenever I need. My life has become slower, more meaningful, and colourful since engaging with this course.

What are the Practicalities of the Alumni Pathway?

  • This pathway is very flexible, supporting you to connect with the course content at a relaxed pace. From September 2026 – December 2026 you will be re-introduced to the course content and community, and then from January 2027 we will go through the course content together over seven months (one week of the original course covered in one month).
  • There will be regular live events offered through this pathway, which you can access via Zoom. The first event will be in September 2026, and then more regular monthly / bi-montly events will be offered from January 2027. All events will be confirmed ahead of time and recorded for those who cannot make it live.
  • We will support a public list of sharing groups which are still meeting since the course, and we will provide ways for you to connect further in the community.

We resist injustice as a collective, as a community.
