Monastic disciples of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh will lead Walking Meditation and mindful movement, followed by a sangha picnic.
Join Zen Monks Brothers Pháp Lưu and Phap Xa, authors of Hiking Zen: Train Your Mind in Nature, for walking meditation at Hampstead Heath.
Please meet at the Parliament Hill Bandstand.
Please bring a vegan/vegetarian packed lunch to enjoy following the walk. You may like to carry with you a lightweight blanket or mat to sit on. We expect to hike about 2.5-3.5 miles in Hampstead Heath.
This special event offers a chance to slow down, connect with the present moment, and experience the healing power of mindful walking.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a longtime practitioner, this gathering will be an opportunity to nourish body and mind in a supportive community.
