Sr Diệu Nghiêm (Jina) explains the seven factors of awakening and their relation to the five hindrances.
When we look into what hindrances come up when we practice mindfulness, for example during walking meditation, we can understand and overcome our suffering.
To do this we need to use our mindfulness to balance our energy, concentration, faith and wisdom, the Five Faculties.
