Join Br Phap Hai and the Compassionate Ocean Sangha in Sydney, Australia for sessions of sitting meditation and other practices including sutra recitation, sutra class, Touching the Earth, Dharma sharing, Be-in, Mindfulness Trainings recitation, or a collective questions and answers session.

The program will be as follows (subject to change), starting at 16:00 CST:

– 5′ introduction
– 15′ guided meditation,
– 30′ Dharma talk
– 45′ Questions and Answers

Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required.
