Join Br Phap Hai and the Compassionate Ocean Sangha in Sydney, Australia for sessions of sitting meditation and other practices including sutra recitation, sutra class, Touching the Earth, Dharma sharing, Be-in, Mindfulness Trainings recitation, or a collective questions and answers session.
In September, the Meditation Focus is Satipatthana- 3rd Establishment of Mindfulness- Observing the Mind and the Key Sutra is Four Establishments of Mindfulness.

Weekly online meditation practice with Magnolia Grove Monastery Brothers and Sisters in English, at Magnolia Grove Monastery
You are invited to join us on Zoom for our weekly online meditation practice session.
The program will be as follows (subject to change), starting at 16:00 CST:
– 5′ introduction
– 15′ guided meditation,
– 30′ Dharma talk
– 45′ Questions and Answers
Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required.

What to Wear
Please wear casual and modest clothing that is comfortable for sitting (i.e. long sleeve shirt (shirt covering shoulders), long pants (below the knees), loose fitting clothes…).
